Project description

Customer: Baroli is the official online sales agent in Spain of Casio Japan Company, specialized in the field of watchmaking for over half a century.

Project: 2mdc is responsible for renewing the website in order to improve search engine optimization. For this task, we rearranged contents according to a logical information architecture that facilitates user visits and web page indexation. In addition, we performed the following actions:

  • An advanced tool for internal search.
  • We reorganized the purchasing process.
  • We implemented a flexible, intuitive catalog and orders manager.
We used JavaScript technology to pre-filter search results and dynamic menus, and PHP and MySQL for the catalog manager. Since its release, Baroli's sales increased 50% and doubled their web traffic in a few months.
